What's your favourite English word? Mine is 'ferocity' because it sounds so nice, feels so nice when you say it, but is not very nice.

Mine is "egregious". I also like the word "niggardly" because when you use it in a sentence, people glare at you like you've just offended them.

I like "mayhap", I always feel cheerful when I can work it into a conversation. But may favourite words is probably "pants", lord knows why.
