Which Romance language has evolved the most from Classical and Vulgar Latin? Which
has evolved the least?

If I recall correctly, all of the Romance languages are descended from Vulgar Latin
and not Classical Latin. However, though, I also remember that Romanian and Sardinian
preserve Classical Latin vocabulary in many places where most of the other Vulgar
Latins which the other Romance languages are descended lost such. Hence, I'd have
to say that Sardinian and Romanian are the most Classical Latin-like, even though
they aren't themselves descended directly from Classical Latin per se.
