Is it Russian most ''softest'' Slavic language?

I meant most soft sounding...let's say Bulgarian sounds quite hard to my ears...

I'm not certain about "softest", but amongst Slavic languages polyglots and linguists generally consider Serbo-Croatian to be the most beautiful. All answers are subjective though.

I've heard that Russian and Belorussian are the softest languages.

if Softness

a) the highest % of palatals, then the softest are Russian and Polish

b) the highest % of non-shwa vowels in words, then the softest are
Slovenian, SerboCroatian and Macedonian/
