What version of this "trabalenguas" do you know? Apparently, there are several versions.

Also, I wonder if anyone knows a similar Russian "R" tongue twister? I've heard it, but I'm not sure exactly what it is.

I found the Russian one. If anyone is interested, it's a little tough to say even in English.
Karl stole corals from Klara, and Klara stole a clarinet from Karl.

There are a few variations, the one I remember goes something like:
R con R guitarra, R con R carrill, rápido ruedan las ruedas del ferrocarril.
However, since carro means cart rather than car in Rioplatense Spanish, we don't have a version with "corren los carros" or "rápido ruedan los carros".

R con R cigarro,
R con R barril,
rápido corren los carros
cargados de azúcar al ferrocarril.
Other 'trabalenguas' to practice 'R'
* Cuando el grajo vuela bajo
hace un frio del carajo.
* El perro de San Roque no tiene rabo porque el carretero Ramón Ramiro Ramirez con la rara rueda de su carro se lo ha arrancado.
* Tres tristes tigres trigaban trigo en un trigal.
Un tigre, dos tigres, tres tigres trigaban en un trigal.
¿Cuál de los tres trigaba más? Los tres tristes tigres trigaban igual.
