Most of the time I search, it seems people are trying to find proxy servers based in the United States, but I'm wondering if people know good resources for proxy servers outside the States, because often times video streaming websites, etc., will block a person outside the country in question and that interferes with language learning.
Like, for example, I'm trying to watch videos on a specific video site, but keep getting blocked because my IP Address is not from that country, thereby interfering with my language learning. Does anyone know a reliable way to find proxy servers outside the U.S.?
