Imagine if Spain would join to Portugal

Beatha you're disgusting, please stop writing your "underdeveloped" opinions in this thread. Go to hell. I'm not portuguese though. I'd like to remind you that this is a language forum.

<<It is also well in Spain, where the services provided by the government and the economy in general, even in crisis, are better than those of Portugal. >>

Healtcare in Spain is good, but is facing a severe problem worse than the crisis. if you go to a hospital in Spain you will find it collapsed by inmigrants . It's good that healthcare is for free in Spain, but it should be so only for ethnic Spaniards, not for blacks, moroccoans and such. It this situation continues then I prefer private healthcare for everyone like in USA.

president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva signed into law a bill making the teaching of Spanish mandatory in all high
schools. Educational institutes, both public and private, will have five years to comply.

The new law on Spanish ottawa escort teaching was authored by Federal Deputy Átila Lira from the PSDB party of Piauí and was
passed by the National Congress in July. >>

I don't think Brazilians will never speak Spanish properly They will keep speaking portunol, the two languages are very similar and it's quite easy to mix them, particularly the syntax

In fact learning Spanish for a Brazilian can be reduced to the few differences between Spanish and their language. Mostly vocabulary and different phonetics.

From a language point of view, Spain and Portugal need to put their past hatreds behind them and forge a united front against the Chinese Mandarin juggernaut. Together Spanish and Portugese should be stronger than Mandain.

I agree with Adrian, Chinese, Arabic or English can erase easily spanish and portuguese from the world next centuries if they are not united.
Spanish and Portuguese should join (with ample time, perhaps 3 generation) into a standard lenguage to survive because they are brother lenguages and they are very closed lenguages, nearly the same lenguage in case brazilian portuguese and american spanish.
In fact all latin lenguages should join,to surviver, but as you can see in this forum is quite impossible an agreement.

Long life to neo-latin.

All latin languages will survive, don't worry! This topic is absurd!

Rui is no use trying to convince me to understand a reality that i already know! I mean your country. Your country is not and will never be as good as Spain, see this lika a constructive criticism, not derogatory.

Visit Madrid and Lisbon, and tell me how different that cities are!

Leonese and Mirandese languages are between Castilian and Portuguese:
