No it's not. The Germanic contribution to French was fairly small, and it was even smaller in the other Romance languages. There are several reasons why Latin texts are not (entirely) intelligible to Romance speakers. First, the Romance languages are not descended from written Latin, but from Vulgar Latin, which had very different grammar and vocabulary. For example, the use of auxiliary verbs in the perfect comes from Vulgar Latin. Second, these texts are up to 2 000 years old. It's hardly surprising that the languages have changed since then. There's no need to look for outside influence here; take a 2 000-year-old text in almost any language (except Chinese) and modern readers will find it next to impossible to read.

Yes, and that is the reason why the physically the French doesn't look at all like Italians, but like Germans, Dutch or English people.
The culture itself has few too see with Italy or Spain, but much more with western Europe. French art, architecture and culture in general is also much closer to Germany, Netherlands and England. not even speaking of moods and behaviours.

This is definitely not true. The influence of Frankish on French was *FAR* less than the influence of French on English. This is what Wikipedia has to say:

The Latin roots of French are no more "distant" than those of Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, etc. They are all descended from Latin and all influenced to some degree by the other languages spoken in the area.

Keep in mind, that the Anglo-French spoken in England when the influx into English was occurring is not the same as French today. Also, Old, Middle, and especially Anglo- French were much more germanic in character and vocabulary than Modern Parisian French.

Modern French re-Latinized itself a bit during and after the Renaissance, as did most European languages, as evidenced by Old French vs. later Latinic couplets.

And it is true, the N. French people are not really Latin-like in the same sense that the Italians, Spanish and Southern French are. They ARE more like the Dutch, Germans and English in their lifestyles, culture, etc. Only they speak a latin language.

The latin element of the French is so watered down and far removed. You cannot use them or their language as a standard to measure by. They are a 'grey' area.

I don't know why you focus so much on France as being "watered down and far removed" from Latin. Both Italy and Spain were similarly overrun by Germanic peoples. In Iberia (Spain and Portugal), the Visigoths ruled for some 200 years, and were replaced by Moors/Arabs, with the Romance-speaking peoples of the peninsula not regaining complete control until the late 15th century. Compare this to France, where even the ruling classes were using a Romance language by the 10th century--and I'm talking about the North of France here, the most Germanic part.
Italy was partly conquered by the Ostrogoths, the Lombards, and later the Normans (though they by then spoke a Romance language). Italy for centuries formed part of the Holy Roman Empire, ruled largely by German princes. Parts of Italy were also included in the German-speaking Austrian Empire of the Habsburgs.
I'm not trying to deny the Latin heritage of these countries, I'm just trying to show you that your characterisation of France as "watered down" is unfair and simplistic.

What does it mean "to have residence in Europe"? And how can you "grew up" in Europe? One year in a country and the other one in another? Europe is a CONTINENT not a country.... and what has Latin America to do with Europe? ...probably you are not so strong in geography. Where have you gone to school? in the USA?
