Hi guys
I was wondering: what is the meaning of "she's going down" in the following comic strip:

Does it mean something like: "I kill her" or "she's already beaten up" or "she's fallen to the ground"?

Thanks in advance

He means that he's planning his revenge.
When he says "she's going down", he is thinking of getting her back for chasing him with the leaf blower.

so, what's the meaning of "she will be going down", or Does this phrase exist at all?

"to be going down" can mean a lot of different things, depending on context

it can mean 'to occur' (what went down at the rally last night?)

it can be sexual, and mean 'to satisfy a woman orally'

lots of things

In the British Language it can mean she is heading in the direction of a prison sentence.....as in: "She's going down for a very long stretch" - meaning she is due for a long time behind bars.

It can, of course, be something someone may casually say to a person just stepping into a lift (oh - alright - an elevator if you insist) - "She's going down". The feminine gender is often ascribed to a host of inanimate objects in this way -ships and boats being the most obvious, and in this context the term can be applied to a vessel heading for Davy Jones' locker.
