You can't compare Morocco to the Hispanic American countries where Standard Castilian Spanish is losing ground. Before you can spread Spanish to Africa you must teach Standard Castilian Spanish to the hispanic americans well, because they are still speaking their weird Spanishes. Also there is the English, Portuguese, and Amerindian languages which pose adittional threats to the Spanish language in Hispanic America.
