Names ending in -a

Do you associate boys with names ending in -a to be gays? I certainly do!

In which countries is it possible?

In English I can't think of any.
In Spanish I can't either, although there are some girl ones that end in -o (Rosaurio).
In Potuguese, there is Lula. Sounds very gay.

What else do you know of?

Western languages only.

Italien : Luca, Andrea
Slave : diminutifs Sacha, Mischa etc.

Lula is just a nick, his real name is Luiz Inácio.

The only name I can think of, ending in -a, is Ventura; but even this has fallen in disuse since some decades ago.

Names ending in -a are cool. Like Boba Fett. And Jabba cdu Hutt.
The ones who sound retarded and gay are those ending in -o (except those
in -ilo) and -os.

-a: Hvakhshathra (king of Media better known as Cyaxares); Kniva (king of the Goths) - these names don't sound particularly feminine to me
