"are there no drinks in the fridge?"

Can any language use this to mean "are there any drinks in the fridge?". After all, languages can use "there are not no drinks in the fridge" to mean "there are not any drinks in the fridge.

-- En français courant, oui. La même phrase, selon qu'elle est prononcée sur un ton descendant (affirmatif) ou ascendant (interrogatif), donne des sens opposés :

"Y'a rien à boire dans le frigo" : on sait qu'il n'y a réellement rien.
"Y'a rien à boire dans le frigo ?": on attend qu'il y ait à boire dedans !
