Ce sont juste des adaptations normales d'une langue à l'autre (d'ailleurs moins déformées que "Genf" pour "Genève" ou "Lüttich" pour "Liège"), et qui n'induisent pas de fausse étymologie.

Par contre, le "Hagen" de "Kopenhagen" est un exemple de fausse étymologie, sans doute sous l'influence de la prononciation danoise de "København". Les Suédois, eux, ont très correctement traduit en "Köpenhamn".
