Past tenses in English language

Larissa   Mon Jan 16, 2006 11:55 am GMT
hi all,
I'd like to know everything about past tenses in English, I'm a bit confused because I've heard that there are some tenses or some rules that change in American grammar, can the native American speakers explain me that, please! Thank you very much

The rules are the same for both American and British English.

Larissa,
This might help you. I might be wrong in answering as this answers your first question of tenses only, but am not a native american speaker. Hope the grammer is not entitled to only native American speakers.
