Audrey Hepburn's Accent

I'm just curious, what country/area is her accent from?

She was born in Brussels, to an English banker father and a Dutch baroness mother. She went to private girls schools in London and Holland throughout her young life before making a career in Hollywood pictures. There was a slight British tinge to her accent, but I can't really place an exact location of origin.
