full-throttle ?

Does full-throttle simply mean "very strong"? (so strong to choke the diner?)

It could mean anything with all that wine mumbo jumbo. I wouldn't take such blurbs seriously. I mean... Inky? -- crikey! LOL

By the way, my first thought for "full-throttle" was "very intense".
