I read the following phrase in lyrics of one American metal band but I have no idea what it means:
FIRST IN LAST OUT OVERTHROWN
Did anybody hear this phrase before? I know method "FIFO" (first in-first out) and "FILO" (first in-last out) from accounting but together with the word "overthrown" it doesn't give me any sense.
