Need "Ann Cook American Accent"

Hi All,

I'm going to stady Americam Accent and I habe the Ann Cook American Accent CD's. It's so happened that I have no book accompishing these CD's.

Amazon is not going to send a book to my address for some reason (Canada). Can somebody sell me the book if you do not need it anymore?

Maybe this is a stupid question, but if you're from Canada, why would you need to learn an American accent?

Just because they're IN Canada, doesn't mean they're FROM Canada, nic. Have you tried some of the other online booksellers besides Amazon, AndreyB?

An Ann Cook American accent? The name Ann Cook sounds very British to me.
