According to our IQ 140 Latin Anglo American who is (according to him again) an historian. The latin culture do not make war. IT IS NOT IN THEIR CULTURE.

According again to LAA, the northern people do not know anything about art.

I don’t know a lot of things about the deutsh, but please LAA, remind me. Aren’t they famous peinters Dutch?

So I only see one solution, the DEUTCH ARE LATIN. I am sure if there are some deutch people here, they will agree with me.

I never said that Latin people don't know how to make war. The Romans created the greatest empire the world has ever known. The French rivaled Great Britain for international dominance at one point, and Napoleon's Grand Armee once controled nearly all of continental Europe.
