Okay, I just found this list because now I'm trying to do a German accent for a play. I was doing the "w" to a "v" and the "th" to an "s" and also make the "r" sound in the back of my throat (I recently heard a German woman doing that). But then I thought maybe the "w" to "v" transition was too much, more Transylvanian than German. What do you all think?

Are you really familar with the Swabian dialect of the Germans in Siebenbürgen?
