I saw The Departed yesterday. The quote : 'No tiki, no laundry! '
What does it mean?

"No tickee (ticket), no laundry" or it's alternative, "no tickee, no washee" means "if you don't have something required, then you won't get what you want." Both expressions are racial slurs that mock the way Chinese immigrants to the United States, who stereotypically operated laundry services, supposedly spoke. Thank you a lot, George. Actually on "Memorable Quotes from The Departed''s page it's 'tiki', not 'tickee'. If it was 'tickee ' or "tickee" I would've understood that at least from reading
