And you think a cow is a reptile, I suppose? Kangaroos are marsupials which are part of the mammal family. Go back to school and spare us from your ignorance.

He/she/it's just doing it to provoke you.

But rodents are just as tasty!

Nope, sorry again. I ate squirrel as a child, and let me just tell all of you now: Just Say No. Stringy, gray, and tasteless. Not even good in stew.

AntiAussie - roo tastes like chicken but looks like a white steak when cooked and has its consistency.

Adam - go get some Vitamin D.

Tastes like chicken? You guys really ought to try it if you're just guessing or there's something wrong with your taste buds. Roo fillet is red, it looks like an ordinary bit of rump and tastes like well...beefsteak..... or imitation venison if you like.

<<All that commotion over a pitiful one-off. Once in 18 years is as good as once in a blue moon.>>

My, the grapes are sour round here! It's because it's the first Ashes win in 18 years that such a commotion has been made - duh.

Hey I wrote that first. If/when England wins gold at an Olympics, will we observe such echoed feedback?
Candy   Tue Sep 20, 2005 6:39 am GMT
'England' doesn't compete in the Olympics.

England teams dont compete in the Olympics, but Britain got about 10 gold medals in the 2004 Athens Olympics.

In fact, only the United States and Russia has won more Olympics medals than Britain. We are way ahead of Australia.

No Adam.... not really.

1 United States , 103
2 Russia, 92
3 China , 63
4 Australia , 49
5 Germany , 49
6 Japan , 37
7 France , 33
8 Italy , 32
9 South Korea , 30
10 Great Britain , 30

In fact Autralia was way ahead of you, together with another 9 countries and you got 9 gold medals, not 10.
Candy   Tue Sep 20, 2005 6:47 pm GMT
Sander, I think Adam means over all the Olympics, since 1896, not only Athens.
Sander   Tue Sep 20, 2005 6:49 pm GMT
Still, 9 not 10 medals and behind australia.
