I agree on what u have been saying, and as I am a young woman, I can say that both varieties of English sound sexy in men...of course they´re sexy in a completely different way!! English accent is, at least for me, more formal..they sound like true gentleman....American accent ina guy sounds more informal but still sexy!

I suppose you'll always find sexy the accent that you don't hear constantly. I'm an American and do find English accents attractive...for the moment. A hot sexy rush then move on. I don't believe I could take listening to it constantly.

Oh, please - don't allow yourself to be misled! Anyway, the term "English accent" covers a whole multitude of English-Englishspeak. My guess is that you mean the (in)famous RP. Just because a guy speaks a pure cutglass Sloane Ranger type English accent doesn't automatically catergorise him as a "true gentleman". He may well be the greatest con artist in Creation. A Scouser scally may well beat him hands down in the "gentlemanly" stakes.
Talking about the word "misled". For a long time I used to read that word as "missled" and thought that that's how it was pronounced until the day I vocalised it as such.

yes Damian, I was thinking about recieved pronunciation...but I find many other accents or dialcts attractive too, not only RP. For example, I really like northern accents,they have a lot of personality and strength...
