Well you can ask the guest the same question. I think that people like Robin realy help this forum grow from strength to strength but people like guest push it down. Anybody can be real p...k if you are not identified e.g "look I´m a guest too"
Do look at the selection of words I have used a person without a firm grip of English will not understand, after all this is a language forum and I am not trying to impede anyones thirts for knowledge, even though I do think I have failed.

'have provided' implies something that is 'ongoing' or at least, been ongoing up to the present moment.
'has provided' is definately in the past tense.
