Grammar or Accent?

Which is important Grammar or Accent? We can make the other person understand what we are trying to say even if we don't speak a good grammar. But its not the case with the accent.
May I have you guys opinions on this?

Neither of those is most important: A better way to look at it would be
1. Pronunciation
2. Grammer
3. Accent

Grammar is more important than accent. I can usually understand other people's speech just fine if it's grammatically correct, no matter what their accent is like. And by the time you've mastered proper English grammar, usually your pronunciation is half-way decent, if you're not a native speaker. (If you are, and just have some other accent than mine, well, there's little likelihood of you changing it -- I'll just have to work with it!)
