Hello is a word within a language, so is English itself a word within a language or not?

Yes, English is a word in a Language. English describes a people. English describes an academic subject. English describes a language.

So, English is a noun.

English is also an adjective. An English Saddle, compared to a Spanish Saddle in Horse riding. English China. etc.

Is China a country, a type of tea, or something that breaks if you drop it?
