Help me pronounce this

there is a street in my city called Balliol. Is this pronounced Ba - loyal?

I'm guessing [b@liol], but that's just a guess.

My guess is -[balial]

It's /‘bæljol/. As in the Balliols that fought against Robert the Bruce for the crown of Scotland.
