help me to explain how to use"one" and "ones"
what is differenship between one and ones.

The only situation I can think of where you would ever say "ones" would be immediately following "those"... So if there's like, 8 piles of rocks and a friend asks which rocks you're talking about you'd say "those ones" and point to a pile.

I have no idea... Sorry, I tried... lol

The only time I've heard the word "ones" used was in regards to currency. As in, "can I have my change back in Ones?"
