microphone

I have [maIkr\=f7Un] for "microphone". Likewise:

"microwave" [maIkr\=weIv]
"introduction" [Intr\=dVSn=]
"intracoastal" [Intr\=k7UstL\=]

How does everyone else pronounce these?

I pronounce those:

microwave ["m6Ikr\@weIv]
introduction [Intr\@"dVkSn=]
intracoastal [Intr\@"k_h7Ust5=]

For me, [Int@`"k_h7Ust5=] would be "intercoastal". ;-)

By the way, does the same thing happen with "different" for you? I pronounce it ["dIfr\@nt].

One special case for me is "infrared", which I actually pronounce [Inf@"r\Ed], through dissociation.

Er...I mean dissimilation. ;-)
