In Costa Rican spanish one says deci, decime, habla or esplicate.

we also say holatico and alotico

In German one should always use "Was?", "Mmh?" or "Hä?" to answer a call. Also during the phone call it should be used frequently.

Nah, this is short for "problème". "C'est quoi ton blèm" = "What's your freaking problem"?

"La culpa es mía" = "C'est ma faute".
