1 I undestand Quebec French and their very original pronounciation, but also the most difficult is the vocabulary, it's different of our vocabulary (amerindian+old French word+english francised word+regional words: basque, poitevin, breton, occitan, etc...)

You can make conclusions with this link (there are Quebec accents, Metropolitan or Neutral French, also the most unintelligible for me, Acadian French)

Also, In music, the Quebecian seem to lose their accent in French, as the famous singer Garou or Céline Dion:

and natural, in interview:

And they have apparently opportunities in English:

2. 3. Belgium and Swiss french are quite similar to the metropolitan French (precision: there are some different Metropolitan French)
The Belgium French with generally a flemish accent.
The Swiss French slowly pronouncement and strong intonations.

There are also Maghrebian French:

Créole French:

etc...
