1. feisty means hot-blooded, touchy, quarrelsome, spunky etc
2. When someone tells you to do something that is very lowly I guess. Eg "go and mop the floors" - A: "suck my dick"
3. mugging is to threaten or assault someone, so the sentence means that you are assaulting me. I can't really think when something like that would be used though!
