I saw the AMNEWYORK today, at the front page, it says " Here we go again! Juice not loose" O.J. cuffed on armed robbery charges after Las Vegas heist.

It means O. J. Simpson is not free (he is in jail currently). He is known as "Juice" maybe because of his initials OJ (i.e. Orange Juice). His real intials stand for Orenthal James, I think.

I hope this answers your question and doesn't turn into an OJ fest. I'm tired of this news already.

Apparently there was a documentary in 1974 about him.

Juice on the loose, what "on the loose" mean?

To me it means "free and running around"...

Help me look for the dog. He slipped his collar and is on the loose.

The criminal escaped from prison and is now on the loose. Lock your doors.

These are just examples of how to use the expression, not a comment on Mr. Simpson.
