Basque distribution

Hello!

Does any of you know any information about the distribution of Basque speakers in Basque Country, Navarra, and perhaps France?

I've been looking, but all I got were only the whole number, that is, around 800.000 Basque speakers. But nothing about the numerical / percentual distribution.

I've done a bit of more searching, and found that:

1 255 750 persons understand Basque


In Navarra:

85 500 persons speak Basque (10,5% of the population) and
40 200 are passively bilingual (6,8%)

Could you provide more sources?
