As a foreigner I am always confused about why I understand all my colleagues and my boss but don't understand those guys fix my pipes. Several days ago I talked with my boss about this issue in a party that he told me those guys who fix my pipes they got something it's called "working class accent", and the show <<8 out of 10 cats>> confirmed this "working class accent" thing, in the show an anchor said "research shows over 80 percent boss they think working class accent is a disadvantage in business". Id like to ask is this "working class accent widely exist in English or it's just some bias or discrimination?

Yes, "class" accents exist in English including "working class" ones.

And yes, people are discriminated against because of their accent.

In fact, value judgments based on how you speak are one of the few forms of social discrimination still cheerfully permitted in our politically correct days.
