No, they evolved many many centuries ago into <shan't> and <won't>.

Actually, "wouldn't" tends to instead become things such as [ˈwʊːnːt], [ˈwʊːnːʔ], or just [ˈwʊːnː] in many English dialects (note that the vowel and consonant length and vowel nasalization above are mine - other dialects may differ from such).
