The word ' broast' is pretty usual in Pakistan and it's used with chicken, but I coudn't find this one in any dictionaries. It's a fast food eaten fried. Is it correct?

I've never heard of the term before and it's not in my dictionary. There is "roasted" and "fried" chicken, but I've never heard of "broasted" chicken. Perhaps it's a fusion of the words "roast" and "breast"....a roasted chicken breast? Could be...I don't know.

Maybe it's a combination of "broil" and "roast".

Yeah. I hear it alot and use it alot but ..it simply means roasted chicken breast imo. B for breast, a meat at chest, roast or roasted means fried.

I think so. This is the right explanation.

Q: What is "broasted"?

A: "Broasting is a registered process that builds pressure in the pot which seals in the natural juices while sealing out almost 100% of the cooking oil. The Broaster Co. perfected the first Broaster in 1952." according to Beef Villa.
