" Can you get me my size of these shoes". Which one is more appropriate: "from these shoes" or " of these shoes"

The best way to say this would be: "Can you get me these shoes in a size ..."?(whatever your size may be).

I would say:
Can you get these/those shoes in my size?
or
Do you have these/those shoes in my size?
