hi everyone!
i was wondering if you had ideas about the differences between hugging, cuddling, snuggling...(don't hesitate to add your new contact words too)
As for the differences, hugging is the most general: you can hug somebody (put your arms around him/her) out of affection, joy, enthusiasm, etc. in any situation. "Cuddling" is more intimate: the sort you do with your loved one, and it involves a closer embrace, or holding tight to each other. "Snuggle" is getting close to somebody for reassurance or affection, as little children do to their parents when they are sad or afraid of something, or just want to be shown love.
thank you so much for these nice explanations Eastener !!
It was my pleasure. This topic is sort of... hmmm... agreeable. :-)
