What's the difference between courtains, screens, shades and blinds?

Why not look them up in the dictionary?

It's spelled "curtain," by the way.

Dan, Go to a home decorating store and ask them all your questions and they should well be able to answer you.

Whatever,
if you don't want to help it's fine ,
but you don't have to be Einstein to realize that maybe
I looked them up in the dictionary already,
nor you have to be Einstein to notice
that maybe after i did i couldn't understand
what's the difference between them,

I really needed to know what's the difference
because i was translating a text that has those terms for someone else,
but it really piss me off when instead of helping people
choose to be cocky and pretend to be smart,
you could've waste those miserable post in helping me,

"Go to a home decorating store and ask them all your questions ",
really smart but maybe you forget that maybe I DON"T LIVE IN AN
ENGLISH-SPEAKING COUNTRY

By the way, that was a typo.

The easiest thing to do, Dan, is first consult a dictionary and then check the Internet. I'm providing links to sites with pictures of all of the above; I found them after doing a very quick search of Google:

BLINDS: http://www.shadesshuttersblinds.com/shades-shutters-blinds-miniblinds-diagram.gif

SHADES: http://www.wbsfactory.com/pages/content/cellular_shades

(shades when pulled down block out all light, whereas blinds can be adjusted with a lever to allow light to come in).

CURTAINS (also sometimes called "drapes" or "draperies"): http://www.decoratetoday.com/products/curtains/gallery.asp?type=rm&si=7
