Linkin Park....it's most likely a play on Lincoln Park.

"Talk to the hand"....This was a corny pop-culture phrase that came about in the mid to late 1990s. It stemmed from African-American slang: "Talk to the hand, sista, cuz the ear ain't listenin'." It means "I'm not paying attention to what you're saying."

"Talk to the hand, sista, cuz the ear ain't listenin'." It means "I'm not paying attention to what you're saying."

...said with the palm of your hand fully exposed (like a 'stop' gesture) and facing the person that you're dissing.

"Ditching" and "dissing" are two different things.

To ditch someone is to abandon him or her. To "diss" someone is to disrespect (hence the "diss") him/her.
