"Meeting Agenda:
1.........
2. .........
3. more tasks dividing-up.
4. ........"

is right to say "tasks diving-up" meaning that we are goin to divide tasks up among us in this meeting?

"Divvy up" is the phrase you're looking for....it's slang for "divide."

I myself'd say "dividing-up more tasks" or "divvy-up more tasks" in this case; the word order you've been using there sounds a bit weird to me overall.

thanx guys. yes Travis that's what I wasn't sure of "word order"
how about this :
grading howemork, howemork grading, checking on homework, homework checking....

Well, "grading homework" and "checking on homework" is what you'd do if you're just using "grading" and "checking on" as parts of progressive aspect constructions. However, if you're using it as a gerund, then you would probably say "homework grading" and "homework checking". However, "more tasks dividing-up" isn't something one can really say as a gerund either, unlike those other cases above.

never seen someone as clear as you
thnx

Well, however, you can use it the other way around, as a gerund; in some cases I'd prefer it, in some cases I wouldn't. For example, "I hate checking homework" sounds much better than "I hate homework checking", even though both are correct overall.
