I wish I had a quid for everytime I've heard an Englishman ake this quote:

Silly Sassenachs.....switch the names round and it operates very effectively in reverse.
**Or Japanese and Scots!** Unlikely siblings! I'd love to see a Japanese guy in a kilt.....seen plenty of them here but never once bold enough to wear the kilt. Maybe it's just too cold for them here in Scotland..especially so if they followed the true tradition..you know....referring to what doesn't go underneath it...
