Is this grammatically correct?

Awesome as! = How awesome!
Good as! = Very good!
That chick's fine as! = That chick's very good-looking!
Sweet/cool as! = Excellent/very cool!
I saw a big as truck the other day = I saw a very big truck the other day

I have a colleague from New Zealand who speaks like this constantly but I've never heard anyone else say it. Is it standard?

That's not grammatical in my (American) dialect, but I thin it may be in other dialects.

My friend from New Zealand talks like that all the time too. She always says "sweet as" or "mean as" (which apparently is a good thing!). It seems to be primarily New Zealand, but I've heard one or two Brits say it as well. It sounds really awkward to my American ears and we never say it here.
