Is the pronounciation "cum furt uh able" a native usage anywhere? That pronunciation just sounds annoying to me.

This pronunciation is logical. I pronounce it like: cum-ftur-able

I pronounce it as Cumft-able. Is it ok to say it without the 'or'?.

No, it's a sloppy pronunciation (at least in the US).
