I'm from Arizona. I think for a Russian ESL student you've done a great job. Maybe you could work harder on your intonation and rhythm more than individual sounds because your sounds and articulation are basically pretty good.
You could try harder to know which words to stress and lengthen them a bit. It's always okay to speak fairly fast but don't neglect the articulation of the stressed vowels.
