Hello!

Is 'es' the only Spanish verb in the 3rd person singular (ella, él) which ends with an S?

Hola!

Es 'es' el único verbo castellano del 3a persona singular (ella, él) que termina en una -S?

Gracias

Disculpa no entendi, te refieres a estos pronombres?

Yo soy
Tu eres
El/Ella es
Nosotros somos
Ustedes son
Ellos son

Yes because ES is irregular, none of the three conjugations use -s to denote third person, singular:
-ar: canta; -er : come; -ir : sufre.
I theory it should end with a t, not a s, since in Latin present of verb to be is: sum, es , EST, sumus, estis, sunt.

Thanks a lot Doña Urraca!
Are there no other irregular verbs of which the 3rd person singular form ends in an S?

@Guest:
Me refiero a la terminación del verbo para ella/él.
Pregunté si hay otros verbos donde la forma verbal para ella/él termina en -S.
