I forgot what they mean
"In the know" = Knowing something that's significant but a secret to most people.
"Take it for granted" = To treat something as if it's nothing special because you're used to it or expecting it. "Catch off guard" = To surprise someone suddenly.
"Catch off guard" usually has an unpleasant connotation.
However, I can imagine "You caught me off guard!" being used in a romantic context. ;) |
