Pronunciation of Aleph

I've got a question about the pronunciation of א in Hebrew.
I read that it's supposed to be pronounced like a glottal stop.
But how about in the end of a word? Like in:

היא (she)
הוא (he)
בא (comes)

Are those words pronounced with a glottal stop?

Hee, hoo, and bah, in Modern Hebrew, I believe. I noticed that you don't use vowel pointing, why is that? Are you more advanced, but just interested in phonics or linguistics?

I'm learning the language, and since "normal" Hebrew doesn't use niqqud, I'm getting used to it myself.
