all of you feel both intrigued and disturbed by this picture

What's it mean? Already looked it up. Couldn't put together a meaning that makes sense

Yep. "I'm intrigued by this picture." pretty much means the same as "This picture interests me.", although I would say "intrigued" is stronger and less common than "interested".

Intrigue conveys a sense of mystery and wanting to find out something.
