Iranian speak Persian(Farsi) as official language.
But when they have to speak Arabic as second language.
Which kind of Arabic dialect do Iranian speak?
Gulf Arabic? Egyptian Arabic? Iraqi Arabic? or anything else?

Arabic speakers in Iran usually speak Khaliji Arabic or Mesopotamian Gelet Arabic.

Is that the same as in Iraq?

No clue, I'd be interested to know though. My father is from Iran and speaks Farsi but I do not know if he speaks any Arabic. He speaks fluent English and moved to America in his teens, so I don't know if he ever got the opportinity to learn some form of Arabic. I would ask, but we are no longer speaking at the moment. That would be intresting to find out though.
If I had to guess I'd say Gulf Arbaic aka Khaliji Arabic, as it's widely spoken around many nearby countries, ex: Qatar, Kuwait, parts of Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Bahrain, and UAE, and I think maybe Oman?

*Good Question!
